Mr. Ashutosh Shinde has experience of working with corporate sectors on various projects of diversified nature (Residential, Civil, Automation ,Electrical, Land development, Infrastructure works, etc.).Rich experience of Project Management, Drafting Contract Conditions and Obligations, Tenders, Techno-Commercial evaluation of Bids, Bill certification with audit and Contract Administration including contractor claims/extra items/escalations, Quality Audits etc. Budget preparation and Cost Management/control at various stages of project. The company provides consultancy services in End to End Cost management including value engineering by expert multidisciplinary team to save cost and time with quality.
